The sunset picture over the ocean of the Mowest label sumps up everything you need to know about this little-known album. Lodi is in fact a product of its time, a joyful and peculiar mix of soft rock sounds, laid-back pop, bubblegum music and even power pop that brings sunshine and happiness in your living room. The last song of the album is a wink to The Zombies. Vocals are soulful, deep and heartfelt. They make me think to maybe, what The Beach Boys did in the seventies. It's not brilliant, but if this album was on a tax scam label, it would probably be costly.
